San Ramon FC offers a pre-professional pathway through it's participation in the Women's Premier Soccer league.
San Ramon FC's club competes in the Pac North Conference in the WPSL Western Region. The WPSL team frequently features current and former collegiate athletes, some of whom become future professional players, along with elite high school players who play for local youth clubs in Northern California.
