Competitive Refund Policy

When offered a spot on a competitive team you must register with SRFC within 48 hours and make your first payment of $500. This first payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $350 on your competitive fees.

 

U9-U14 Age Groups:

 

Any refund requested prior to May 31, 2017 will be prorated based on fees paid and months completed, minus the $350 non-refundable deposit. After March 1, 2017 the $125 volunteer deposit becomes non-refundable (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work). After May 31, 2017 no refunds will be issued, unless your child suffers an injury preventing him/her from completing his/ her soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency more than 25 miles from the SRFC office required). Approved refunds will be prorated based on fees paid and months completed, minus the $350 non-refundable deposit and $125 volunteer deposit (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work).

 

U15-U19 Age Groups:

After July 5, 2017 the $125 volunteer deposit becomes non-refundable (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work). After August 30, 2017 no refunds will be issued, unless your child suffers an injury preventing him/her from completing their soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency more than 25 miles from the SRFC office required). Select Refund Policy

Recreational Refund Policy

U7-U19 Age Groups:

If, prior to June 30, 2017, a registered player cannot play for any reason, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2017 unless your player incurs an injury preventing him/ her from completing his/ her soccer season (doctor’s note required) or you move out of the area (proof of new residency required).  For purposes of this requirement, moving out of the area means taking up residency no less than 25 miles from the SRFC office.  Approved refunds after June 30, 2017 will be prorated based on fees paid and months completed, minus $50 cancellation fee and volunteer deposit (unless you have completed your 4 hours of volunteer work).  No refunds will be issued for any reason if requested after September 30, 2017.

Please note:  Practices are Monday-Friday anytime between 4:00pm-8:30pm.  You are unable to pick your practice days and times, practice locations, request a specific team or coach or request a change to your assigned team or coach.  In the event you do not like your practice days or times, no refunds will be given.  Games will be on Saturdays with some games possibly being scheduled on Sundays.

U5-U6 Age Groups:

Special Program Refund Policy

This policy pertains to all special programs, including but not limited to: Junior Skills Clinics, Winter Academy, Camps, Clinics, Futsal and others.  After registering for one of our special programs, you can request a full refund up until the day before the first day of the program, less a $25 cancellation fee.  After the first day of the program, no refunds will be issued.
